City Hall Cleaning

Belton City Hall has an entryway/foyer, reception area, conference room, approximately 17 carpeted office areas, and three hallways that are tiled. The building has a kitchen space with a sink and countertop. There are restrooms for men and women. Each contain two stalls and a sink with a countertop. Belton City Hall Annex has an entryway/foyer, reception area, approximately 15 carpeted office areas, a tiled hallway, conference room, and City Council Chambers. The building has a kitchen space with a sink and countertop. There are restrooms for men and women. Each contain four stalls and two sinks with a countertop. Belton City Hall and Annex are open Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm. Additionally, there are evening business meetings scheduled throughout the week with most meetings ending by 8pm. All cleaning is required to take place outside of business hours. The proposal should include two bids - one for daily cleaning and one for two weekly cleanings (Wed/Sat). All paper products and cleaning supplies will be provided. o Cleaning of toilets, sinks, countertops and floors in the restrooms o Replacing paper products & hand soap in the restrooms o Removal of garbage from offices, common areas, entryway/foyer, reception areas, conference rooms, City Council Chambers and restrooms o Cleaning of sink and countertops in kitchen areas o Vacuuming and sweeping in the common areas and offices o Dusting the conference rooms and City Council Chambers o Vacuuming, sweeping and dusting in the entryway/foyer areas The City of Belton is seeking proposals for office and restroom cleaning at Belton City Hall located at 506 Main Street & Belton City Hall Annex located at 520 Main Street, Belton MO 64012. Upon being awarded the contract, a City of Belton business license will be required to be obtained. Pursuant to RSMo 610.021.12 all documents within a request for proposal will become open record to the public upon a negotiated contract being executed.
