Triad Project No. 03-22-0036 Bidders MUST email jjefferies@hagerstownmd.org to be added to the Plan Holders List. This project entails the construction of a multi-level parking deck at 50 West Antietam Street and all labor, material, time, and appurtenances required to complete the work in accordance with the contract documents prepared by Newcomer Associates, Fox Associates, and Triad Engineering. Contract documents and plans as prepared by Newcomer Associates and Fox Associates, which includes Drawings Series 09-072 along with the Project Manual Volumes 1 and 2 and Triad Engineering's geotechnical reports. LENGTH OF CONTRACT: Three Hundred Sixty Five (365) calendar days is the length ofthe contract. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages are assessed at $2,000.00 per day.
