Description 1. The contractor shall remove all concrete pavement and pavers from the courtyard area. 2. The contractor will pour new concrete for the Toter Corral, Sidewalk, and Patio. The Patio will have be stamped concrete. 3. The contractor may remove portions of the fence to perform this work, but will be responsible for returning the fence back to preconstruction conditions. 4. The contractor is responsible for locating any buried electric. If any electric is damaged during this project, the contractor will be responsible for the necessary repairs. 5. The contractor will have 45 days to complete this project once the Notice to Proceed is issued. 6. There are 2 attachments that show the project layout and dimensions. Concrete Pavement and Paver 7. The contractor will be responsible for removing all concrete pavement and concrete/brick pavers. 8. The contractor will be responsible for the disposal of these materials offsite. Concrete Patio, Sidewalk and Toter Corral Installation 1. Please review the cast in place concrete specification Stamped Concrete Patio 1. Please review the stamped concrete specification 2. The patio shall slope from the new sidewalk to the catch basin at a 1% slope Picnic Tables and Benches 1. The picnic tables shall be in ground mounted, dual pedestal, black frame, brown thermoplastic coated steel, diamond patterned, 8’ long table, 6’ long bench and have 1 ADA compliant overhang. 2. The picnic tables shall be a Belson, Classic Style ADA Dual Pedestal Table, 347SH-V8 or an approved equal. 3. The benches with backs shall match the colors and patterns of the picnic tables. They shall be 8’ long and in ground mounted. 4. The benches shall be a Belson, Classic Style, Park Bench with Diamond Pattern Steel, 940S-V8 or an approved equal. 5. The benches without backs shall match the colors and patterns of the picnic tables. They shall be 8’ long and in ground mounted. 6. The benches shall be a Belson, Classic Style, Steel Flat Bench with Diamond Pattern Steel, 942S-V8 or an approved equal. Fence 1. The fence around the Toter Corral shall be a Tri-Max Privacy Fence, or approved equal. 2. Height: 48” 3. Width: 8’ sections 4. Color: Tan 5. Gate: 48” wide 6. Tru-Close Hinged 7. Magna Latch 8. Posts: 5”x 5” with an External Flat Cap 9. Installed per manufacturer’s recommendations Restoration 1. The contractor shall return all areas excavated due to demolition or pouring concrete to grade with topsoil. Once filled the area shall be compacted, and filled to grade again
