RFP D/B - Hoback Cabin Roof Extensions Project

As of August 18, 2022, project is on hold. No definite date for the rebid. Teton County is seeking proposals for design and construction of roof extensions on 6 cabins to provide covered entrances and personal storage areas. Project Deliverables - Phase 1, Design and cost estimate. Respondent will produce plans and specifications sufficient for permitting, construction, and cost estimating, along with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) for the construction phase. - Phase 2, Construction Phase. Respondent will secure permits and construct the approved design for the GMP Project Scope: The general design is to extend the roofline alongside the length of one side of each cabin providing a sheltered walkway from the corner of the cabin near the parking area to the entry door in about the center of the facade. The area beyond the entrance door is to be enclosed providing a storage area for the occupants. Each cabin may need some modifications to its specific design to accommodate varying site conditions. Each cabin will need to be reroofed in order to enable installation of bituthene waterproofing membrane and to extend kitchen and bathroom vents through the roof.
