EOC - HVAC Controls Upgrade

Upgrade the existing building automation system (BAS), including the controllers, software, input/output devices, communication devices and systems. BAS equipment shall include, but not be limited to upgrading software, adding or removing input/output devices or controllers. During the upgrade both the existing and the upgraded components of the building automation systems must be operational. In order to keep the BAS operational during the upgrade, proposals should include an upgrade of a parallel building automation system network. 1. Replace the existing BAS components with ALC native BACnet building automation system DDC modules. 2. Provide programming of new building automation system DDC modules. 3. Re-use and re-connect to the existing sensors including temperature sensors, OA humidity sensor, differential pressure sensors, and current switches, etc. 4. Re-use and re-connect to the existing end devices (relays) to control pumps and chillers. 5. Furnish and install network interface to communicate with the existing chillers.
