Description

Question Deadline 10/11/2023 at 5:00 PM ET Contractor shall be licensed and experienced in the area of planning and installing the desired types of outdoor holiday décor. Successful respondent must demonstrate the ability to utilize creativity and cohesiveness to create a festive and attractive Winter Wonderland experience in the desired City locations. Three (3) years experience required in the industry, must provide documentation to include photographs of three (3) similar, outdoor large scale lighting and decoration projects with points of contract and values of contracted projects. The City seeks proposals for highlighting the attributes of our downtown district and public spaces within the City of Havre de Grace to create a Winter Wonderland type of holiday atmosphere for residents, visitors and businesses during the holiday season.
