Description

Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Replacement of five existing rooftop air handlers at Chelmsford High School with new units of similar performance. Questions deadline: 3/13/23 at 4:00 PM The Town of Chelmsford is seeking construction services for the removal of (5) existing rooftops and the installation of (5) new rooftop units at Chelmsford High School. All work is to be in conformance with M.G.L. c. 149 Building Construction Contracts. Chelmsford High School, build in 1974, is a three-story building of approximately 300,000 square feet. It underwent a significant HVAC renovation in 2006 when most of these specified units were installed. The building systems are original including existing ductwork, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
