The project involves replacement of one (1) traffic signal at SR 30/SR 4002/SR 3026 and minor upgrades to ten (10) other traffic signals along Route 30 including implementation of an adaptive traffic signal system. The minor traffic signal upgrades include new controllers, detection, and vehicular/pedestrian signal heads, plus addition of emergency preemption.
