Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals and Qualifications (RFP/Q) is to select a qualified Development Team (Developer) with proven experience, financial resources, and professional expertise to develop a 1.34+/- acre site located at 1454 S Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue in Clearwater's Lake Belleview neighborhood. The City of Clearwater, Florida (City) invites qualified applicants to submit proposals and qualifications for development of an owner-occupied, multi-family complex with a minimum of 50% of the units to be reserved for households with total household income not to exceed 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) as determined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the remaining units reserved for households earning up to 120% AMI. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
