For Utility Improvements and Paving Improvements for Shale Creek, Phase 4 Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of North Fort Worth Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 of Denton and Wise Counties reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Boards judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of North Fort Worth Water Control and Improvement District No. 1 of Denton and Wise Counties in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid.
