1 1 Each 53LF – 66” diameter, 12 gauge, 3” x 1” corrugation, aluminum pipe fully welded to 24’-9” wide x 10’ high, 0.150” metal thickness, aluminum structural plate headwall on inlet end and 31’-6” wide x 13’-3” high, 0.200” metal thickness, aluminum structural plate headwall on outlet end per attached drawing. 66” diameter pipe to have 0.25” thick aluminum flanges joints fully welded to pipe with neoprene gaskets. Aluminum stiffening rib bolted to soil side of wall. Fully welded aluminum structural plate headswall. Includes the following: 2 each – 18” diameter, 16 gauge, Aluminum stub pipes welded to 66” diameter pipe 20 LF- 18” diameter, 16 gauge, corrugated Aluminum pipe2 each – 18” diameter, H-12 aluminum hugger connecting bands with gasket 1 roll – TX Geogrid A manufacturer field representative shall be on site to assist with assembly of flanged joints and backfill of structure for 3 days.
