Generator Automatic Transfer System Public Safety Headquarters

The work will include the removal and replacement of the Canton Public Safety ATS located at 1150 S. Canton Center, Canton MI. The work shall include but not limited to the following: 1. Removal and proper disposal of the existing ATS. 2. Supply and install Asco 7000 Series, Automatic Services Entrance Rated Bypass Isolation Transfer Switch or approved equal: 600 Amp, 277/480 vac, 3 Phase 3 Pole, Nema 3R Enclosure 44G – Strip Heater 3. Thompson Technologies Manual Transfer Switch with integrated camlock panel, or approved equal: 1. 600 Amp, 277/480 vac, 3 Phase, 3 Pole, Nema 3R enclosure 2. Fully rated solid neutral 3. Motor operated transfer mechanism 4. 2 position source selector switch 5. Load on generator (source 1) LED pilot light 6. Utility source available LED pilot light 7. Generator source available LED pilot light 8. Standard two (2) year warrantee 4. Provide temporary power through existing generator or standby generator. 5. Power to be off no more than 2 hours for the disconnection and reconnection. 6. A detailed description of means and methods of power disconnection and reconnection is to be outlined for Public Safety staff prior to any work. 7. Start-up / Testing and training provided by a factory certified technician
