Description

Project A (Copy/Work Room) Lower existing upper cabinets to height that does not impact existing wall outlets above existing countertop. Provide and install a 9LF section of base cabinets, countertop, and shelving above. Quality to match existing cabinetry. Finish color selections to be determined. Provide and install a 9LF section floating countertop and shelving above. Finish color selections to be determined. Grommets to be furnished and installed in new countertops. Locations and count in new countertops to be determined as needed. Project B (Server Room) Replace previous server room door with existing door and frame from work/copy area and install keyed locking hardware. Provide and install new carpet, vinyl base molding, and paint in “B” previous server room location at rear of office. Color selection to be determined. Relocate previous server room louvered door and frame to new server room location at front of office. Construct new wall between new server room location and closet. Close off exiting closet door, provide and install new door and frame for closet. Rework ceiling grid, electrical, lighting, HVAC as needed. Provide and install new carpet (closet), vinyl base, vinyl tile (server room), patch and paint walls. Project C (Door Lighting Kits) Provide line items pricing for door light kits (furnish and install). A narrow option (approx. 7”x22”) a top half option (approx. 24”x18”). Provide line item pricing to furnish and install sidelight wall kits (to match existing). Pricing should reflect any electrical work needed to accommodate wall sidelights as well as wall repair and painting. Project D (Cubicle Removal/Wall Installations) Take down four existing cubicles. Construct new walls and doors to create four offices. Rework ceiling grid, electrical, lighting, and HVAC as needed to include two electric outlets and data drop boxes (pull sting only) per new office. Locations to be detemined Provide line item pricing to furnish and install carpet if existing carpet is not acceptable once cubes have been removed. Install vinyl base and paint offices. May use cubicle materials for Project E. Removal/disposal of excess cubicle materials is the responsibility of the Contractor. Contractor shall be provided a designated area for dumpster, if deemed necessary. Project E (Disassemble/Reassemble of Cubicles) Take cubicle material from project D and relocate the storage portion to the front office area noted on drawing. Configure cubicle panels and material to fit new location. New location has cubes that will need to be disassembled and removed prior to assembling the storage cubicle area. Any cubicle panels from either area can be used to create the appropriate new storage area.
