Description

The Contractor shall provide services to include: The Contractor will lock out the Trane Chiller Unit. Isolate condensing section of the A/C) unit. Recovery the refrigerant from both sides. Replace the one bad compressor on each circuit to the compressors. Evacuate and leak check the system. Reinstall the refrigerant and change the dryers. Change the contactors on the two bad compressors. Turn unit back on. Checked operation is good and running 100% and ensure that the unit is fully operational.
