Los Lunas Middle School Renovation

Bid Lot #1, Base Bid: 1. Site Improvements: Includes paving replacements, fencing, lighting, installation of storm drain utilities and detention ponds, sod and repair of irrigation system at the existing playfield. Work also includes reconfiguration of existing ADA parking stalls and installation/replacement of sidewalks and curbing in the north parking lot and demolition of an existing metal building and termination of related utilities. 2. Building Improvements: Includes replacement of floor and ceiling finishes, lighting and installation of access controls. Work also includes part roof deck replacement and reroof at the 300 Building, installation of condensate drain piping at new/existing roof mounted units throughout the campus, and replacement of mechanical units and ducts at/in gym locker rooms.
