Group A Building Envelope Restoration: School 14, School 23, and Riverside HS

General Construction services at three schools for the restoration of the building envelopes: School 14, School 23, and Riverside High School. - Rosemarie Ann Siragusa School 14 - Work entails brick masonry repair, replacement or resealing of roof drains for mitigation of water infiltration, and replacement of the Annex building EPDM roof. - School 23 - Work entails masonry repair, reconstruction of the main entry cast stone bay window and five decorative ceramic tile placards on the facade, replacement of the entire building roof, reconfiguration of parapet walls to improve drainage, and modifications to a fire escape. - Kahlil Gibran / School 28 - Work entails replacement of the entire building roof. - Riverside High School - Work entails brick, cast stone and stucco cleaning and repair, translucent window replacement, repair and repainting of concrete columns, replacement of exterior lighting with LED fixtures, and replacement of the entire building roof including skylights.
