Bidders for Bid Package should be prepared to submit Subcontractor's Qualification Statement to Construction Manager. Utilize AIA for A305-Subcontractor's Qualification Statement. Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid amount ove$50,000.00 (material vendors not required).
