Description | The Work consists of new outdoor sports lighting work as indicated on the bidding documents for Sports Lighting Replacement Delta Little League at Royerton Elementary. Work Includes installation of six (6) new sports lighting poles with concrete foundation; LED fixtures; and associated electrical work. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall accompany each Bid. Bid security may be in the form of a Bid Bond (A310), certified check or cashier's check. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish Performance & Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract Sum prior to execution of Contracts. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Contract awarded will be conditioned upon and subject to the completion of financing by the Owner in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of construction, plus all incidental expenses, and will be subject to termination without penalty or liability at the option of the Owner any time after the date of award, in the event the Owner shall determine that such financing cannot be completed. Accordingly, a Bidder, by submitting a bid, expressly states that he is familiar with the requirements of Indiana Code 36-1-12-6 and agrees he will grant the Owner 90 days to award a Contract. The Board of School Trustees is scheduled to meet on December 19, 2022 with an agenda item to review bids and make subsequent recommendations accordingly. |
