| Description | Generator maintenance services including but not limited to all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, fuel and incidentals necessary to perform annual and biannual maintenance and inspection services, and annual load bank testing as described by the Bidding Documents included herein, for eighteen (18) emergency generators owned by the Town of Jupiter and located at various locations within the Town of Jupiter, Florida with the intent to execute a Letter Contract with the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for generator maintenance services for an initial three (3) year term. The letter contract will contain a provision for renewal of the contract for one subsequent, additional three (3) year term. |
