Private Engineering Firms (PEFs) to provide Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services for construction of a Federally-funded roadway project administered by the Town of Cary (Town). The Town of Cary desires to engage a PEF to provide CEI services for the construction of the Reedy Creek Road Improvements Project, TIP # U-5501A, Town of Cary Project Number ST1207 (Project). This project includes roadway improvements along Reedy Creek Road which includes, but is not limited to, grading, paving, roundabouts, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utility relocations, erosion control, traffic control, traffic signals, pavement markings, and signage.
