| Description | The Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) is seeking competitive bids for four electromagnetic flowmeters to be installed on 66-inch, 18-inch, and 16-inch portions of a treated water pipeline (Snell Pipeline). Valley Water is also seeking competitive bids for six electromagnetic flowmeters to be installed on 24-inch, 10-inch, and 6-inch portions of a raw water pipeline (Santa Clara Conduit).
