Description

Demolition of house and garage located at 60 Jefferson Street, Limaville Ohio. The asbestos inspection has been done and the house does contain approximately 65 square feet of asbestos materials in the duct insulation and seam tape only and must be considered Regulated Asbestos Containing Material (RACM) and taken to an approved MSW landfill. The remaining of the house and garage does not contain asbestos material. Demolition of house and garage. Remove all debris from site. All RACM material must be taken to an approved MSW landfill. All footers and foundation removed. Clean backfill for building site. Grade, seed and straw lot. All utilities marked and disconnected. Cap sanitary sewer. Obtain demolition permits from county. Obtain Ohio EPA notification of demolition. Dump tickets and copies of permits must be sent to office upon completion Statement that utilities have been turned off For more information, contact the Lexington Township office at 330-823-7627. As provided for by law, the successful bidders must submit an affidavit or verified statement as to the liability or non-liability for personal taxes in Stark County. The Lexington Township Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Please mark outside of envelope Jefferson Street Bid .
