Construction for Water System Improvements

Project consisting of two independent schedules of work including: Schedule 1 - mobilization; potholing of existing utilities; cut permits complete with traffic control plan pursuant to requirements of El Paso County; provide labor and equipment for the installation of Owner furnished materials including 6-inch diameter ductile iron pipe (DIP) – 22 lineal feet (LF); 8-inch diameter DIP – 1,116 LF; 10-inch diameter DIP – 15 LF; 6-inch diameter gate valve – 1 each (EA); 8-inch diameter gate valve – 9 EA; ¾-inch service tap on DIP – 22 EA; ¾-inch SIDR7 polyethylene (PE) service line – 165 LF; 6-inch fire hydrant assembly – 1 EA; connection of existing mains to new mains – 5 EA; 2-inch temporary blowoff assembly – 1 EA; removal and replacement of 4 inches of aggregate base course and 4 inches of hot mix asphalt - 964 square yards (SY); removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter – 15 LF; removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk – 27 square feet (SF); and demobilization. Schedule 2 - mobilization; potholing of existing utilities; cut permits complete with traffic control plan pursuant to requirements of El Paso County; 6-inch diameter ductile iron pipe (DIP) – 51 LF; 8-inch diameter DIP – 1,595 LF; 6-inch diameter gate valve – 1 each (EA); 8-inch diameter gate valve – 6 EA; ¾-inch service tap on DIP – 39 EA; ¾-inch SIDR7 polyethylene (PE) service line – 554 LF; 6-inch fire hydrant assembly – 1 EA; removal and replacement of 4 inches of aggregate base course and 4 inches of hot mix asphalt – 1,480 SY; removal and replacement of concrete crosspan – 207 SF; removal and replacement of concrete curb and gutter – 18 LF; removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk – 17 SF; demobilization and all associated appurtenances.
