The Division III Project will be constructed as one contract consisting of but is not necessarily limited to: Construction of a new water mains, fittings, valves, grading, boring and jacking, and site work as necessary for a complete and operational water main. In addition to these items of work there are other miscellaneous items of work necessary and as specified to make this project complete.
