Fashion Institute Of Technology Coed Residence Hall Closet Renovation Floors 11-12 (Add Alt. Bid Floors 13-15)

**As of July 11, 2023, project was awarded to B&B Contracting, awarded amount is $330,131.00.** The Work of the Project is defined by the immediately following Project Description herein below and by the Contract Documents. Project Description: Provide labor, materials, tools and equipment to complete the Fashion Institute of Technology Coed Residence Hall Closet Renovations Floors 11-12. The main feature of this project is the demolition of the existing closet doors and installation of new doors, shelves, shoe racks and thresholds. Work includes demolition, patching, repair and painting. Contractor may begin survey and procurement of materials immediately following award. A detailed scope of work is outlined in specification Section 01100 Summary of Work. Contractor to provide an add alterate bid for work only on Floors 13-15. The installation of all finishes shall be in accordance with industry standards and professionalism. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the attention of Purchasing Department via email: purchasingbids@fitnyc.edu, no later than May 17, 2022 on or before 3:00 P.M.
