2022 Drive Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive Improvement Project

The project consists of construction of street improvements on Dr. Martin Luther King (MLK) Drive, between Second Avenue and Oak Avenue, in the City of Shelby, Mississippi. This includes furnishing all materials, equipment, labor required for demolition, removal of existing pavements, excavation, fill, compaction, base course, new pavements, and all incidentals as indicated on the Contract Drawings. Bids may be submitted in person, by mail or electronically. For delivery in person or by mail, the Bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope with the following: Bid for the City of Shelby, Mississippi, 2022 Dr. Martin Luther King, Drive, Jr. Drive Improvement Project, All electronic Bids must be submitted in portable electronic format (PDF) and must contain the same information, forms and Bid Security as required for paper Bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 calendar days after the actual date of opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
