Description The contractor shall be required to perform all work necessary to complete the paving of Fifth Street and/or Thirteenth Street. Fifth Street is approximately One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Four (1534) feet long and the cart path is eighteen (18) feet wide. Thirteenth Street is approximately One Thousand Four Hundred Fifty-Six (1456) feet long and the cart path is eighteen (18) feet wide. The project consists of work on possibly both Fifth Street and Thirteenth Street and consists of milling two (2) inches of the existing pavement and repaving the street with a bituminous tack coat conforming to Section 460 of Penndot’s of Publication 408 and two (2) inches of 9.5 mm superpave asphalt mixture wearing course, PG 64-22, 0 – 0.3 million ESALs SRL-H. Application rates are specified in the section.
