Furnish & install a granular activated carbon adsorption treatment system with a new building, GAC adsorption vessels, furnish & install associated piping, GAC media, chemical feed system, electrical work, control system upgrades, site work & paving, and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work. Work shall be substantially complete by February 28, 2025 and completed and ready for final payment by May 30, 2025. General Bid Deadline 4/20/23 Time 11:00 A.M. DWSRF #6956 General Bidders must be DCAMM certified for sewage and water treatment plants. Sub-Bidders must be DCAMM certified for their respective class of work. Anyone receiving project information must be registered for public records purposes. 4.20 percent D/MBE participation and 4.50 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs.
