As of August 9, 2022, project was awarded to Hobbs Excavating, awarded amount is $843,292.75. Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to develop Bollinger Park, an approximately 102-acre tract of land. The work includes access driveway, parking lot, grading, pathway subbase, stream crossing boardwalks, storm water management, erosion & sediment control, landscaping, electrical service, and lighting.
