| Description | The Work consists of providing all materials, equipment and labor to complete the following work as indicated in the contract documents to remodel 3 homes and 3 duplexes: 1. Replace kitchen cabinets. 2. Remove and replace bathroom vanities/cabinets & medicine cabinets. 3. Replace plumbing fixtures, drains, p-traps, toilet flanges, shut off valves, mixing valves, faucets, etc. 4. Reroute / replace shut off valves, drains, sewer laterals, p-traps, & toilet saddles. 5. Install / reinstall existing / government furnished appliances. 6. Remove and replace iron handrails. 7. Remove and replace all interior doors. 8. Remove and replace all vinyl windows. 9. Constrict new pantries. 10. Install new vinyl plank flooring in all bathrooms and kitchens. 11. Remove and reconstruct wet walls in all homes. 12. Remove and replace select electrical switches, outlets, and lighting. 13. Install new vents over the range microwaves. 14. Install icemaker boxes in all kitchens including all associated plumbing. |
