Aquatics Center Mezzanine and Office Space Expansion - City of Unalaska

Expand the Aquatics Center Mezzanine and Office space to reach the walls over the loft area in the lobby. The Mezzanine consists of a multi-use open area, one office, a computer server room and janitors closet. The expansion will create about 500 sqft more usable space for use as offices. A bank of windows will improve natural light and air circulation in an otherwise very stuffy and hot room. This project is in included in the City of Unalaska FY 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of September 5, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
