| Description | Chillers and associated chilled water pumps at the Tampa Executive Airport have reached the end of their useful lives and would like to replace them with new like-in-kind equipment. The Owner has also determined that the existing Alerton Controls building automation system has reached the end of its useful life and would like to upgrade it to the latest version. This Project will consist of the replacement of two, air cooled chillers and associated end suction chilled water pumps with like-inkind replacements. Existing variable frequency drives, and auxiliary equipment will be replaced as noted in the Plans. In addition, the existing Alerton Controls building automation system will be upgraded to the latest version, including the front-end software and all major components of the building automation system. |
