Description | SILENT PERIOD: the "Silent Period" runs from the Bid Opening Date until the bid is awarded. During this time, no calls from prospective bidders will be taken by the Project Team or the Project Architect, and no emails will be answered. During this time, any questions regarding the bids shall be directed to the Purchasing Agent via email at Webb@LMHA1.org. Bidder's financial information will not be revealed at any time.
