Description

The Scope of Services to be performed by the successful applicant(s) under a one (1) year contract includes: - Initial, ongoing & final inspections of rehab projects. - Writing & revising customized rehab specifications based on HQS's, codes & ordinances, energy conservation and Lead Base Paint regulations. - Interaction & resolution of homeowner, contractor and subcontractor contracts, questions, issues & disputes. - Environmental Reviews for each rehab project. - Submission, approval & disbursal of contractor payouts. - Preparation of contract and closing documents. - Interaction with building dept., partner banking institutions, laboratories, federal agencies, suppliers, manufacturers, environmental companies, etc. - Evaluation of construction materials and methods. - Occasional inspection/recommendations of city owned property rehab/construction issues.
