Description Miscellaneous landscaping services valued under $15,000 (per project) to award contracts on a continuous, as-needed basis in the general categories provided below. Sod/Grass/Seed/Turf: Examples of work falling into this category include providing, installing, and rolling new sod, sprigs, seed, aerating existing turf, etc. Ornamental Landscaping: Examples of work include providing and installing and/or establishing new ornamental landscaping, pruning, trimming, weeding, and other related services needed to maintain existing landscaping. Trees and/or Arboriculture: Examples of work include providing, installing and/or establishing new trees, pruning, transplanting and other services needed to maintain existing trees; and moss removal. Mulching: Examples of work include providing and/or installing mulch, pine straw or other materials in landscape beds and/or playgrounds and picnic areas. Irrigation: Examples of work include providing and/or installing new irrigation systems, repair and/or maintenance of existing irrigation systems. Debris Collection: Examples of work include picking up tree limbs/debris for subsequent removal by City. Right-of-Way Work: Examples of work include any of the above described work within roadway right-of-way and with an appropriate MOT certification or plan.
