| Description | The plan for the facade is to remove the existing facade and replace it with a new brick facade. The store front will also be updated in this process. A structural wall of metal or wood will be built, and then a single course brick veneer will be tied to that. This will give the appearance of a traditional brick exterior, but allows for energy efficient insulation within the stud wall. The removal of the existing brick will also allow for a widened upper level entryway at the street level. |
