Description

Demolition of the existing courtyard landscape at Hawkins Hall (North Courtyard) and the construction of a new garden landscape that includes new natural stone site walls, plantings, both new and salvaged natural stone paving, new stonedust and other ground materials, boulders, new site lighting, salvaged CLF (chain link fencing) relocated and secured to the existing concrete retaining wall, jute erosion control mesh on site slopes, the installation of a pre-cut paver labyrinth and all other items.
