Description

Midland road transmission main consisting of approximately 13,300 L.F. of 16", 8" and 6" L.F. ductile iron water line, service reconnections, valves, fittings and related appurtenances as per plans and specifications No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof. The Work will be substantially completed within 400 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 2.03 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions within 430 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
