Electrical Control Cabinet Replacement

• All work shall be performed in accordance with Article 863.01 and all applicable sections of the State of Illinois Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction • Contractor shall furnish all expressed and implicit: labor, equipment, and services involved in the execution of this scope of work including but not limited to: concrete, excavation, conduit penetrations, hoisting and transportation. • Village will provide new 60” H x 24” D x 36” W, 316 Carbon Steel, NEMA 3R control cabinet • Contractor shall transport new cabinet from Village pumping station, 102 N. Lombard Ave. to jobsite • Contractor shall install all accessories provided by Village to new cabinet, including: door handle, drip edge, and interior mounting panels • Contractor to demolish and remove existing concrete base and conduits for existing cabinet. Existing wiring and conduits inside vault shall be removed as necessary to allow new work to be performed. • Contractor to install new concrete base for new cabinet; concrete base shall be poured over the vault’s roof and shall extend 8” above the adjacent sidewalk • New concrete base dimensions shall be 42” x 30” with beveled edges • Contractor shall install new cabinet on new concrete base
