2022 Sanitary Sewer Video Inspection and Main Cleaning Contract

The work consists of the cleaning, jetting and video inspection of approximately 22,735 linear feet of eight-inch (8") sanitary sewer mains. The work is located within City of Linwood. The work shall be completed within ninety (90) days of the Notice to Proceed or subject to liquidated damages of $500.00 per day. The bid shall be accompanied by a Certificate of Surety on the form included in the Contract Documents, from a surety company licensed to do business in the State of New Jersey, which shall represent that the surety company will provide the Contractor with the required bonds in the sums required in the Contract Documents and in a form satisfactory to the Owner's Attorney and in compliance with the requirements of law. Each bidder shall submit with his bid a "Statement of Ownership Disclosure" and "Non-Collusion Affidavit" on the forms included in the Contract Documents. Bidders must use the prepared proposal form that is contained in the Contract Documents.
