Par 3 Clubhouse Restroom Renovation

The Town of Palm Beach is looking to renovate the men's and women's restrooms at the Town of Palm Beach's Par 3 Clubhouse. The renovation will consist of, but not be limited to, vanities, tile floor, tile walls, backsplashes, lighting, ceiling tiles, partitions, wallpaper, soap and paper dispensers, storage, and fixtures. The Vanities (including the mirrors, sinks, faucets, backsplashes, wallpaper, and ceiling tiles are the focus points and must be considered first. All materials must be commercial grade to withstand thousands of visitors a year. All materials and color/design will be approved by a staff committee. Warranty from the Contractor will have a one-year warranty on the work performed from date of completion. Contractor will supply manuals for information on maintenance, operation, and manufacture warranties. Contractor will supply all contact information of sub-contractors if used. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, whose bids meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (120) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
