Landscaping/Snow Removal - Salting Services

No bid will be considered unless in writing on the form furnished. Bids may not be faxed, transmitted over the telephone, or emailed. The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Lakewood, assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received untimely. All questions concerning this Notice to Bidders shall be addressed to the districts purchasing agent via email at ybeer@lakewoodfd.org. Bidders must submit with the bid an "Ownership Disclosure Form" and "Non- Collusion Affidavit" on the forms included in the bid package. Bidders must submit proof with the bid of registration with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Revenue, by submitting a copy of bidder's Business Registration Certificate. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:5-31, bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127, N.J.A.C. 17:27. Bids will be considered in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq. The Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Lakewood, reserves the right to reject any or all bids not deemed to be in the best interest of the Fire District. It is the purpose of the Notice to Bidders to summarize some of the provisions of the bid documents. Prospective bidders are cautioned not to rely solely on this Notice but to read the bid documents in their entirety.
