Forney-to-terrell Pump Station Communications Tower

A. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the project completely operable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete project. 3. Provide the civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and all other work required for a complete and operable project. 4. Test and place the completed project in operation. 5. Provide the special tools, spare parts, lubricants, supplies, or other materials as indicated in Contract Documents for the operation and maintenance of the Project. 6. Install Owner provided products and place in operation. 7. Drawings and specifications do not indicate or describe all of the work required to complete the project. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the Contractor and coordinated with the Engineer. Estimate: $1,900,000-$2,000,000 This project consists of constructing a 195' communications tower, electrical building, and access driveway at the Forney-to-Terrell Pump Station. A SCADA system will be installed in the new electrical building and the antenna at existing communications towers will be redirected to this new tower.
