Description

The Work includes, but is not limited to, the Contractor furnishing all labor, material, machinery, tools, equipment, services and incidentals necessary to construct miscellaneous site work, landscaping, irrigation and hardscape, as well as, one (1) soccer field to include goals and bleachers, resurfacing the existing basketball court, one (1) modular (pre-engineered) restroom building, segment of perimeter fencing, one (1) monument sign, sports lighting, relocation of sports lighting, the demolition of an existing baseball field, and removal of various existing trees.
