Watershed Agricultural Council INVITATION FOR BIDS Burns Family Trust and Marie Burns, 257 E Bramley Mountain Road, Bovina Center NY are seeking bids for watering facilities, animal trail, underground outlet, pipeline, diversion, grassed waterway, HT woven wire fence, heavy use areas and access road to be funded by the Watershed Agricultural Council . Prospective bidders will receive a bid package which contains a bid sheet with instructions to bidders, sample contract , plans and specifications. Bid packages may be obtained by contacting Elaine Poulin at the Watershed Program Office, 44 West Street, Walton, NY 13856 or by calling 607-865-7090 ext. 209. Prospective bidders must be in attendance for the full group site showing at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at the Burns Farmstead. Failure to attend will result in the rejection of your bid. Sealed bids must be clearly marked “Burns Bid” and will be accepted on behalf of the landowner at the Watershed Agricultural Program Office at 44 West Street, Walton, NY until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 where they will be opened and read.
