Arts and Recreation Center Restroom Renovation

The purpose of this solicitation is to receive responses from qualified respondents to provide restroom renovations to the Clermont Arts & Recreation Center in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in the RFB. The scope of work includes the general renovation and construction of the area denoted as Men s Robing in the Clermont Arts & Recreation Center. This area will be renovated to accommodate two (2) accessible restrooms with showers, which will be accessed directly from the corridor. The existing restroom denoted as A-166 in the plans will remain. The successful respondent will be required to familiarize themselves with the existing conditions, and field verify all existing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC prior to construction to provide a complete turn-key project.
