McHenry County Division of Transportation Natural Deicing Liquid Specification for a Base year December 1, 2021 through November 30, 2022; Year II (Optional) December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2023; Year III (optional) December 1, 2023 through November 30, 2024; Year IV (optional) December 1, 2024 through November 30, 2025. The McHenry County Division of Transportation is accepting bids for up to eighty thousand (80,000) gallons of natural deicing liquid that shall contain anti-foam prior to shipping and be delivered FOB to their location at 16111 Nelson Road in Woodstock IL 60098.
