| Description | Primary and Secondary Contractors to provide services for stormwater debris collector unit cleaning. The Primary Contractor shall be responsible for all work assigned under this Contract. The Primary must respond to the Division Representative to accept the work within two (2) business days, if the Primary declines the work, the Secondary Contractor shall be issued the work. If the Primary declines the work on multiple occasions, their contract may be subject to termination by the Board, and the Secondary Contractor will become the Primary, and they will assume all work thereafter under the terms of the contract. During any notice of default, suspension, or notice of termination period, the Division has full authority to utilize the Secondary Contractor as the Primary Contractor. |
