| Description | An annual award for disposal of waste tires collected at the two (2) waste tire collection centers, the East Pasco Transfer Station in Dade City and the West Pasco Class III Landfill in Spring Hill, Florida, where the tires are consolidated for disposal. The Pasco County Solid Waste Department owns and operates two (2) waste tire collection centers, the East Pasco Transfer Station at 9626 Handcart Road in Dade City, Florida, and the West Pasco Class III Landfill at 14606 Hays Road in Spring Hill, Florida, where the County’s recycling center and Resource Recovery Facility (RRF) are located. All tires collected from the Transfer Station are transported by County Staff to the West Pasco location where all tires are consolidated. |
