Design Build Project for New Food Pantry Facility

The project is generally described as the design and construction of a new 5,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a mansard style roof, two overhead doors, exterior loading areas, unfinished warehouse open space, a commercial kitchen, food storage areas, public and staff restroom facilities and offices to support staff. Site improvements include placement of building on a raised foundation, limited site clearing, utility, and building-site area improvements.
